Today I will be discussing about garcinia cambogia and one of my clients weight loss results using the supplement...
Garcinia cambogia was first mentioned by Dr. OZ and is currently a hot favourite weight loss product ... but does it really help in loosing weight ? is it the holy grail of weight loss ?
No not exactly ... if it would have been then one of my client who used it for about 2 months should have lost atleast 6-8 pounds, but unfortunately she lost only about 2 pounds which is not considerable for a product which is holy grail of weight loss. As I always say weight loss is no rocket science but its just understanding a simple fact that the calorie you burn should be more than the calorie you take on a given day....
So she started consulting with me on april ... eventhough she was taking garcinia cambogia, her diet and eating patterns were terrible and that was the biggest problem I found .. garcinia cambogia does have a lot of positive effects for someone who is looking to loose weight ... it's a hunger suppressant and does have fat burning effect, and all these factors combined will help burn fat to a significant level and get you started with your weight loss journey...
So what I did was... I incorporated garcinia cambogia into the diet plan I made for her so that she wont crave for junk food and eat clean according to the diet plan ... and towards end of the may when I last spoke to her she is at 146 lbs... that's a whopping 11 pounds lost within 2 months .... Mmmmm not bad ..but most of the credits goes for her determination because without that nothing is possible.
